I don’t know which is worse: writing “1st time I had sex” instead of “first time”, or that such a line appears in a property ad at all.
PS: If you’re going to be all bold and ballsy by buying a ‘blank’ ad, try to keep it really blank instead of patting yourself on the back for being so awesome and rich. The “What’s Yours?” at the end doesn’t make it okay.
